We're all just walking each other home.
A social worker, therapist, and advocate, Chandler Massengale is known for wearing many hats. They began their career as a Registered Behavioral Technician, working in Applied Behavior Analysis with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. This experience sparked a curiosity in understanding behavior and the individual strengths and needs that everyone has. First and foremost, Chandler is committed to social justice, service, and integrity as a social worker.
She is a proud alumna of the College of Charleston, where she received her B.A. in Psychology in 2017, and Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!), where she received her master’s degree in Social Work in 2020. Chandler’s practice utilizes an eclectic therapy model with influences from the Systems Perspective and Acceptance and Commitment therapy in a sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, feminist, client-centered way. They work primarily within the intersection of neurodiversity and queerness.
